Charlotte Birth Photography: Baby Luca

Baby Luca was such a well timed little guy! We were worried I may miss the birth because I'd be out of town near his due date, but this little sweetie came a week early (in the daytime, no less!) and I was so honored to be a part of his birth. When I first arrived, his momma was knitting and chatting easily, but as the day moved on, her labor progressed pretty quickly and was soon pretty intense. This birth was so beautiful to shoot because of the daylight and the gorgeous henna decoration on mom's belly! Baby Luca was born peacefully in the water in the afternoon on one of the most beautiful days of the year (the weather was perfect!)! Welcome to the world, Baby Luca!
