Awesome Local Businesses

On this photography journey, I've been really lucky to meet some new friends and work with some new businesses. Its amazing how everyone is really tied in together! I wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the neat local businesses out there. This list may be added to as time goes on, so be sure to check back often!

Doulas of the Charlotte Area is an organization that is near and dear to my heart. I am passionate about birth and think that a doula can make a world of difference for a birth experience. This is an incredible group of ladies (check out the Meet The Doulas page for headshots of them by me!!) and if you are in the Charlotte area and are looking for a doula or to learn more about childbirth, this is the perfect place to start. If you are in the Charlotte, NC area and are wanting help with your impending arrival, definately check out Little Miracles Baby Planning! There is so much information out there on safety, products, practices, etc that its mind-boggling. Let Little Miracles make navigating all of that easy!

Macaroni Kid is an awesome site that exists in many communities as a newletter to update local parents on weekly events. Check out the local version! Also, don't forget to look at the article by yours truly, which was republished on other Mac Kid sites as well!
